Fryderyk Residence is an exclusive apartment house at the very heart of Warsaw's prestigious Mokotow. The modernism movement had contributed to the unique atmosphere of Mokotow's historic tenements which date back to before WW2 and inspired the design of Fryderyk Residence. The modernist style has become the classic today and the few original buildings remaining in Mokotow shine with elegance and tasteful architecture. The modernism-driven structure of Fryderyk Residence features rounded corners, classic balcony details and the main wall finished with textured stone.
Fryderyk Residence fits only 46 luxury apartments and 3 penthouses. Its size provides for the tranquillity of the space and every resident can feel unique. APARTMENTS
Fryderyk Residence is all about the living space and provides comfortable and highly functional apartments. Every unit features separated daytime and night zones, and all room sizes are proportional for improved convenience. All apartments feature a balcony or a glazed loggia that is spacious and sized just like the terraces. Wooden terrace boards show off their big dimensions even more.
